Will brings to Parallel over 15 years of physician practice management leadership in strategic, operational, and financial management. He combines deep expertise with a purpose-centric approach to drive growth. Before Parallel ENT & Allergy he served as the Vice President of Finance for Urology America, a national platform with over 100 providers across 5 states, and more than 500 employees. Previously he led all Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, and Business Intelligence functions as a Vice President for Catalyst Health Network. Catalyst is the largest network of independent primary care physicians in Texas including 900 providers and 300 office locations. He holds an Executive MBA from Baylor University and a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M. Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with family, cooking, attending/watching football games and traveling. Will resides in Dallas, Texas.

Amanda brings 20 years of growth-oriented experience in strategy, business development, go-to-market, and transformation leadership. Prior to joining Parallel, Amanda led Corporate Strategy and Business Development for National Veterinary Associates, a veterinary services organization with 1500+ sites in North America. Prior to NVA, Amanda led operations, sales, integration, and other programs as an Executive Director at Vista Equity Partners and an Associate Partner at Bain & Company. She holds a B.A in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. Outside of work, Amanda can be found outside – hiking, biking, skiing, or camping. Amanda resides in Houston, TX.

Marcia has over 20 years of leadership experience in physician practice management. She previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Pinnacle Dermatology, a practice with 100+ locations in 11 states, over 100 providers, and more than 1200 employees. Previously, she was Chief Human Resources Officer for Clarity Clinic. Clarity Clinic is a provider of psychiatry and therapy services with 5 locations and over 50 providers in Chicagoland. Marcia also spent 16 years overseeing human resources for Midwest Orthopedics at Rush, a globally recognized leader in orthopedic services. Outside of work, Marcia enjoys spending time with her family, going to baseball or softball games, and long weekend trips to the beach. Marcia resides in Wheaton, Illinois.

Emily Harrigan leads our practice managers in several of our practices, including ENT & Allergy of Delaware, Grand Rapids Ear, Nose, Throat, and the Ear Institute of Texas. Emily is also the Chief Operating Officer at ENT & Allergy of Delaware where she has served the practice since 2008. Emily has worn several hats during her time with the practice, including project specialist, human resources manager, billing manager, and compliance officer. Emily holds B.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park. Emily completed the CPA exams in 2013 and earned her master’s in business administration from Goldey-Beacom College in 2018.

Arun Lammata brings over ten years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), consulting, and M&A-focused roles, with a background in valuation advisory, healthcare transactions, and work with private equity-backed organizations. His skill set includes financial modeling, deal advisory, budgeting and forecasting, data visualization, and strategic decision-making. Arun holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University and an MBA with concentrations in Finance & Strategy from Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business.

Elizabeth Maxey has nearly 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management. At Parallel, Elizabeth is deeply involved in partnering with practices to improve payor strategies and growth. Most recently Elizabeth served as AVP of Revenue Cycle at American Physician Partners. She holds an MBA from Belmont University in Nashville, TN and a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN.

Mary Susan (Suz) Murphy leads marketing, digital and engagement for Parallel ENT & Allergy (B2B) and each of Parallel’s practice brands (B2C). This includes development of the martech stack, digital analytics/performance, reputation management, organic and paid search, website development and brand development. She has over 25 years of experience with major brands and agencies. Most recently, Suz served as the VP of Marketing Pinnacle Dermatology. She started with Pinnacle when the network was 19 locations and led the marketing function through its growth to nearly 150 locations and expansion into plastic surgery. In the healthcare space, she also has experience with LasikPlus Vision Centers and Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Suz has held past roles in strategic planning, marketing and business development for mega brands including United Airlines, Smithfield Foods and Discover Card. She has earned a lifetime achievement award in marketing and is a former Havas Employee of the Year.

Tri brings many years of IT experience specific to physician practice management platforms and Parallel’s leadership team. Before Parallel ENT & Allergy, he held several IT leadership positions, including many years in the VP of IT role at Platinum Dermatology Partners. Tri leads platform-wide IT services, including integrations/conversions, scaled software/equipment procurement, management of the HelpDesk and network/data disaster recovery/risk mitigation. Outside of work, Tri supports causes including those supporting children, disaster/humanitarian relief, poverty and social services.

Tyler brings 17+ years of finance & accounting experience to Parallel including significant experience in healthcare practice management. Most recently Tyler served as Controller at Pearl Street Dental Management, which grew from 14 dental practices to 43 during his tenure. In his role as Controller, he implemented several financial systems/platforms and oversaw all accounting functions. Pearl Street was the 4th fastest-growing dental service organization in 2023 and was also named to the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies for the two years prior. In the dental space, he also served as Director of Finance for Integrity Dental Specialties and as Controller for Mobile Dental Care PMA. Tyler got his start in healthcare finance in treasury and accounting roles. He holds an MBA with a concentration in accounting and a Bachelor’s degree, both from Dallas Baptist University.

David Yoffee brings to Parallel more than two decades of financial experience. He has served in controller, compensation, and accounting leadership roles. In the healthcare space, his background includes experience leading practice growth for a private equity backed dermatology leader. He also previously served as an auditor in a Big Four accounting firm. At Parallel, David oversees critical areas of finance including AP/accounting, oversight of taxes, management of finance partners and coordinating all of the financial responsibilities for Parallel’s practices including reporting and accounts payable.

Misty heads up talent acquisition on our leadership team. She has more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and significant experience in practice management and healthcare. Previously she held roles for brands including Athletico, ATI Physical Therapy and Pinnacle Dermatology. Misty holds a master’s in liberal arts management. She is actively supporting our ENT practice partners and building the Parallel ENT & Allergy Team.
