KELLY McCRANN
Board Member
Kelly McCrann has over 35 years of experience leading healthcare companies across a broad range of sectors.
Mr. McCrann serves as a member for several health care entities. He serves on the Board of Directors of EyeCare Partners, from which he retired as Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Prior to creating EyeCare Partners and selling it to Partners Group for $2.2 billion in 2020, Mr. McCrann served as the CEO of AdvoServ (a leader in serving individuals with severe intellectual and developmental disabilities), CEO of Crescent Healthcare (a national specialty home infusion therapy provider), and Senior Vice President of DaVita, responsible for the operating group performing home hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and nocturnal dialysis. Previously, Mr. McCrann served as CEO or Division President of PacifiCare, Coram Healthcare, Xcorporeal, Inc., and Professional Dental Associates. He also served as an Operating Partner with Bessemer Venture Partners. Mr. McCrann began his career with McKinsey & Company.
Mr. McCrann graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with degrees in Economics and Political Science and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University.

NEIL HOCKSTEIN, MD
Board Member
Neil Hockstein, MD is a board-certified Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon, and he is a founder and leader of the ENT & Allergy of Delaware. Dr. Hockstein earned Top Doctor recognition five years consecutively (2019-2023) in the Philadelphia region. He also earned Top Doctor recognition from Delaware Today every year since 2009 (13 years).
Dr. Hockstein is the Medical Director of Surgical Subspecialty Care for the Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Delaware. He is also the Director of Head and Neck Multidisciplinary Care for the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center at Christiana Care. He is an attending physician at Christina Care and St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
Dr. Hockstein is an active volunteer and teacher, and he has been recognized with an impressive list of awards and honors for his work. Most recently he served as a panelist before the U.S. Surgeon General regarding physician burnout. He also served as a panelist before the Delaware Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights on The Covid-19 Impact on People of Color in Delaware.
Dr. Hockstein received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and went on to graduate with honors from Jefferson Medical College. He completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania where he served as chief resident. He has published over 45 articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and has lectured across the country on the treatment of sinus disease and head and neck cancer. Professionally, Dr. Hockstein most enjoys the day to day care and rapport with his patients.
NEIL HOCKSTEIN, MD

As a board-certified Otolaryngologist- Head and Neck Surgeon at ENT & Allergy of Delaware, Dr. Hockstein cares for patients with diseases of the ears, nose, and throat with particular focus on surgery of the head and neck and the treatment of nasal and sinus disorders.
Dr. Hockstein received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and went on to graduate with honors from Jefferson Medical College where he was also elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and the Hobart Amory Hare Medical Society. He then completed residency at the University of Pennsylvania where he served as chief resident. Dr. Hockstein is a previous winner of the residency research prize and the Philadelphia College of Physicians Research Prize. He has published over 35 articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and numerous book chapters and has lectured across the country on the treatment of sinus disease and head and neck cancer.
WILL SHEPPARD, MD

Dr. Sheppard is a board-certified Otolaryngologist/ Head and Neck Surgeon at ENT & Allergy of Delaware, and he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He has been practicing in Wilmington, DE since 2002. His practice includes the medical and surgical management of ear, nose, and throat disorders of pediatric and adult patients.
Originally from South Carolina, he graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University in 1993. He then graduated with honors from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1997. While at MUSC, he was awarded membership into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, served as President of the Honor Council, and was elected class President during his 3rd and 4th years. In 2002, Dr. Sheppard completed his residency at SUNY- Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. There, he was named Surgical Intern of the Year, served as Chief Resident and published research on Meniere’s disease.
Dr. Sheppard provides lectures on a range of ENT topics to practicing physicians, residents, medical students, and the public. He feels fortunate to practice in this medical community and be part of ENT and Allergy of Delaware.
