Mary Susan (Suz) Murphy is a seasoned marketing leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth and brand strategy across healthcare, consumer, and B2B sectors. She currently leads marketing, digital strategy, and patient engagement for Parallel ENT & Allergy, overseeing both the B2B parent brand and its B2C practice network. Her scope includes martech stack development, digital performance and analytics, website strategy, reputation management, brand development, and organic and paid search.
Previously, Suz served as Vice President of Marketing at Pinnacle Dermatology, where she played a key role in scaling the organization from 19 to nearly 150 locations, including expansion into plastic surgery. Her healthcare marketing background also includes leadership roles with LasikPlus Vision Centers and Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
Outside of healthcare, Suz has led strategic planning, marketing, and business development initiatives for iconic brands such as United Airlines, Discover Card, and Smithfield Foods. Recognized for her excellence, she is a recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award in Marketing and was named Havas Employee of the Year.
