Mary Susan (Suz) Murphy leads marketing, digital and engagement for Parallel ENT & Allergy (B2B) and each of Parallel’s practice brands (B2C). This includes development of the martech stack, digital analytics/performance, reputation management, organic and paid search, website development and brand development. She has over 25 years of experience with major brands and agencies. Most recently, Suz served as the VP of Marketing Pinnacle Dermatology. She started with Pinnacle when the network was 19 locations and led the marketing function through its growth to nearly 150 locations and expansion into plastic surgery. In the healthcare space, she also has experience with LasikPlus Vision Centers and Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Suz has held past roles in strategic planning, marketing and business development for mega brands including United Airlines, Smithfield Foods and Discover Card. She has earned a lifetime achievement award in marketing and is a former Havas Employee of the Year.
