Kelly Zuiker brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, physician enterprise management, and value-based care. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations at Family Care Center, a multi-state behavioral health organization with more than 500 providers and 50 locations. During her tenure, Kelly led multi-state program launches, strengthened access and call center performance, and expanded service offerings while supporting growth and patient outcomes. Prior to that, Kelly held key leadership roles with DaVita’s Nephrology Practice Solutions and Centura Health, where she partnered closely with physicians and administrators to drive operational excellence, improve quality performance, develop new service lines, and lead teams across multiple markets. She began her career with Kaiser Permanente and holds graduate degrees in both Health Administration and Social Work. As COO, Kelly partners with our physicians, administrators, and leadership teams to support operational performance, patient access and a strong culture of teamwork across our organization.
