Chris brings over ten years of healthcare transaction and private equity investing experience. He combines operational expertise with deep industry knowledge to structure and execute optimal partnerships. Over the course of his career, Chris has closed transactions exceeding $500 million of combined enterprise value. Prior to Parallel, Chris was a leader on Corporate Development and Corporate Finance teams for Unity MSK, American Orthopedic Partners, and Eye Health America. Prior to that, Chris was an investment professional for LLR Partners and an investment banking analyst for DC Advisory (f.k.a. Signal Hill). He holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and the occasional whiskey. Chris resides in Atlanta, GA.
