GLENN NOBLE
CEO | Board Member
Glenn has over 20 years of experience in healthcare finance and operations, mostly in physician practice management. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Beacon Oral Specialists, an oral surgery practice management organization with 16 practices in 8 states, over 90 surgeons, and more than 70 locations.
Prior to Beacon, he was Chief Operating Officer of Platinum Dermatology Partners, a dermatology management services organization with over 70 physicians and advanced practice providers, over 500 employees, and serving 34 locations in Texas and Arizona.
Glenn also spent five and a half years as the Executive Director of Operations for Texas Oncology (a member of the US Oncology Network).
In his spare time, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family, traveling with his wife, golfing and cooking. Glenn resides in McKinney, Texas.

Justin has over 15 years of experience in healthcare mergers and acquisitions and finance for private equity-backed physician practice management groups. He previously served as Chief Development Officer of Spectrum Vision Partners, an ophthalmic practice management organization with 16 practices and 58 locations in 5 states.
Prior to Spectrum Vision Partners, he was Vice President of M&A for Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, a dermatology management services organization with over 160 locations in 16 states. He started his 12-year career at Advanced Dermatology as their Chief Financial Officer.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time at the many Orlando theme parks and traveling with his family. Justin resides in Lake Mary, Florida.

Chief People Officer
Marcia has over 20 years of experience in healthcare human resources, in physician practice management. She previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Pinnacle Dermatology, a dermatology practice with 81 locations in 11 states, over 100 providers, and more than 1200 employees. Prior to Pinnacle Dermatology, she was Chief Human Resources Officer for Clarity Clinic, a provider of psychiatry and therapy services with 5 locations and over 50 providers in the greater Chicagoland area. Marcia also spent 16 years overseeing human resources for Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, a globally recognized leader in orthopaedic services.
In her spare time, Marcia enjoys spending time with her family, going to baseball or softball games, and long weekend trips to the beach. Marcia resides in Wheaton, Illinois.

Chief Financial Officer
Joe has over 20 years of experience building world-class finance teams in multi-site healthcare companies. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of AmeriVet Veterinary Partners, a veterinary management organization with 196 practices in 35 states. Joe was the first CFO of AmeriVet and led the finance function from inception to its ultimate sale to AEA Investors in 2022 for an industry-leading multiple and a $1.6 billion valuation.
Prior to AmeriVet, Joe was the Chief Financial Officer of ChoiceOne Urgent Care. He was the initial CFO of the group and led all financial operations through the company’s merger with MedSpring Urgent Care. Joe then served as CFO for the combined group, which operated 60 centers in 5 states.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys the empty-nester life by traveling with his wife, exploring new restaurants, and boating – while cheering on his daughters as they advance in their own careers. Joe resides in Boston, Massachusetts.

Tri brings many years of IT experience specific to physician practice management platforms. Prior to Parallel ENT & Allergy, Tri held several IT leadership positions, including many years in the VP of IT role at Platinum Dermatology Partners. Tri leads platform-wide IT services, including integrations/conversions, scaled software/equipment procurement, management of the HelpDesk and network/data disaster recovery/risk mitigation.
Outside of work, Tri supports causes including those supporting children, disaster/humanitarian relief, poverty and social services.
