Glenn previously served as COO of Beacon Oral Specialists, an organization with 16 practices in 8 states, over 90 surgeons, and more than 70 locations. Prior to Beacon, he was COO of Platinum Dermatology Partners. Platinum Dermatology Partners has over 70 physicians and advanced practice providers, over 500 employees, and 34 locations in Texas and Arizona. He also spent five and a half years as the Executive Director of Operations for Texas Oncology (a member of the US Oncology Network). Glenn enjoys spending time with his family, traveling with his wife, golfing and cooking. Glenn resides in McKinney, Texas.

Outside of work, Marcia enjoys spending time with her family, going to baseball or softball games, and long weekend trips to the beach. Marcia resides in Wheaton, Illinois.

Before TPG, he worked on the investment team of Tyree & D’Angelo Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm that focuses on provider-based businesses. There he grew Heartland Veterinary Partners to over 100+ locations until it sold to Gryphon Investors. He also supported the initial investments of Western Veterinary Partners, and Superior Insurance Partners, a brokerage consolidator. Jim holds a degree in economics from Northwestern University.

Suz over 25 years of client and agency experience. Most recently, Suz served as the VP of Marketing Pinnacle Dermatology. She started with Pinnacle when the network was 19 locations and led the marketing function through its growth to more than four brands and over 100 locations. In the healthcare space, she also has experience with LasikPlus Vision Centers and Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. In 2022, Suz was awarded the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing Pat Wheeless Award for career achievement and mentorship.
