Jota Iwase serves as Director of Finance at Parallel ENT & Allergy, where he partners with practice leaders and the executive team to support financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to his current role, Jota supported Parallel’s M&A team, helping evaluate and execute partnership opportunities that expanded the organization’s network of physician-led practices.
Before joining Parallel, Jota worked as an investment banker at William Blair, where he advised on M&A transactions for high-growth, private equity-backed healthcare companies. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago. Outside of work, Jota enjoys attending workout classes, exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene, and spending time with family and friends.
