Emily Harrigan leads patient access including scheduling processes, template best practices, and phone optimization for all of Parallel’s practices and is deeply involved in EMR conversions for our practices.. Emily recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at ENT & Allergy of Delaware where she has served the practice since 2008. Emily has worn several hats during her time with the practice, including project specialist, human resources manager, billing manager, and compliance officer. Emily holds B.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park. Emily completed the CPA exams in 2013 and earned her master’s in business administration from Goldey-Beacom College in 2018.
